The Role
We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Lead (PML) to own and lead demand generation for B2B tech companies.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and client leadership. You’ll oversee paid acquisition programs, guide strategy, and act as the strategic owner for a portfolio of B2B tech accounts.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the founder, and creative teams to drive qualified pipeline and measurable revenue growth for our clients.
What You'll Do
Lead demand generation strategy for B2B SaaS and tech clients across paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, YouTube; others as needed)
Own client relationships as the primary strategic point of contact for performance marketing
Run and lead strategy calls, performance reviews, and roadmap planning with founders, CMOs, and marketing leaders
Oversee campaign execution with performance marketers to ensure alignment with pipeline and revenue goals
Analyze performance data, translate insights into action, and proactively recommend optimizations and experiments
Ensure strong reporting, attribution clarity, and KPI alignment (SQLs, pipeline, CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.)
Identify retention, expansion, and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and sales to improve messaging, funnels, and conversion paths
Help refine internal processes, playbooks, and demand-gen frameworks as we scale
What We're Looking For
Agency experience leading performance marketing accounts
Proven success driving demand generation for B2B SaaS or B2B tech companies
Strong client-facing communication skills - comfortable leading frequent video calls
Fluent English communication skills required (verbal & written)
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta (YouTube a strong plus; TikTok optional)
Ability to think beyond channel tactics and connect paid media to pipeline and revenue outcomes
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
Experience collaborating across creative, analytics, and paid media teams

Compensation
$55,000 – $75,000 CAD annually, based on experience and role scope.
