đź§© The Role
We’re hiring a Google Media Buyer – Performance Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns, with Google Ads as the core channel.
This is a mid-level, hands-on execution role. You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts, working closely with Performance Marketing Leads (PMLs), creative teams, and analytics.
While Google is your primary focus (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display), exposure to other paid channels (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) is a strong plus — but not required.
You will not own client strategy, but you will play a critical role in translating strategy into performance.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the founder, and creative teams to drive qualified pipeline and measurable revenue growth for our clients.
📊 What You'll Do
Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, keywords, match types, and audience signals
Execute keyword research, account structuring, and search intent mapping
Monitor daily performance and proactively optimize for efficiency and scale
Test and iterate on ad copy, creatives, landing page alignment, and funnel structure
Collaborate with creative teams on YouTube and display assets
Ensure accurate conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, and event integrity
Support reporting by clearly communicating performance insights and drivers
Identify opportunities to improve CAC, pipeline quality, and ROAS
Stay current with Google Ads updates, betas, and best practices
đź§Ş What We're Looking For
2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts
Strong experience with Search campaigns (non-negotiable)
Experience with Performance Max and YouTube Ads preferred
Agency experience managing multiple accounts is a strong plus
Solid understanding of bidding strategies, Quality Score, and search intent
Experience working with conversion-focused funnels (leads, demos, purchases)
Comfortable executing from strategic direction provided by PMLs
Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
🌱 Nice to Have
Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, or TikTok
Familiarity with B2B SaaS & Tech, Health & Wellness Space or high-consideration funnels
Experience working alongside creative teams and UGC workflows
Experience working with GA4, Looker Studio,
Understanding of CRO, landing pages, and experimentation frameworks

$50,000 – $65,000 CAD annually, based on experience and role scope.
