Website Designer & Developer - Webflow
🌍 About Roveir
Roveir, also the parent company of Roveia, is a growth marketing partner for tech companies, startups, and DTC brands. Founded by alumni from Facebook and Tesla, we specialize in scaling paid customer acquisition through performance-driven advertising and conversion-optimized systems.
From early-stage disruptors to 8-figure consumer brands, we manage millions in monthly ad spend across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Our clients include B2B SaaS companies, mobile apps, eCommerce brands, and health startups.
We’re fully remote, globally distributed, and focused on growth that drives real business outcomes - not vanity metrics.
🧩 The Role
We’re hiring a Website Designer & Developer – Webflow with a strong design background and the ability to bring designs to life using no-code tools.
This role is design-led, not engineering-led. You’ll own the end-to-end creation of high-performing marketing websites and landing pages — from moodboarding and concepts through design, build, QA, and launch.
Webflow is strongly preferred. Framer experience is a plus.
You’ll collaborate closely with performance marketers, creative teams, and the founder to produce conversion-focused websites that support paid acquisition and growth.

Design modern, conversion-focused marketing websites and landing pages
Own projects end-to-end: moodboarding → concepts → design → build → QA → handoff
Build and publish websites using Webflow (Framer a plus)
Translate design concepts directly into no-code builds (minimizing handoffs)
Create responsive layouts optimized for performance, speed, and clarity
Collaborate with performance marketing teams to support paid traffic and CRO efforts
Implement basic animations and interactions where appropriate
Ensure clean structure, CMS setup, and scalable components
Support client projects across multiple industries and funnels
Maintain high visual quality and design consistency across deliverables
🧪 What We're Looking For
Strong design-first background (portfolio required)
Experience designing marketing websites, landing pages, or funnels
Hands-on experience building sites in Webflow (required)
Comfort using no-code tools to bring designs to life
Ability to work from concept to launch independently
Strong understanding of layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
🌱 Nice to Have
Experience with Framer
Building Shopify Landing Pages
Familiarity with conversion-rate optimization (CRO) principles
[BONUS] Basic experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) or conversion tracking setup
Understanding of paid media landing page requirements
Experience working alongside performance marketing teams
(Minimal development experience is required)
🌎 What We Offer
Remote-first, globally distributed team
Design ownership across real, high-impact client projects
Opportunity to work closely with paid media and growth teams
Clear role focus without unnecessary engineering overhead
Exposure to high-growth startups and performance-driven environments
đź’° Compensation
$60,000 – $85,000 CAD annually, based on experience and role scope.
